Magical Flavor In Every Bite !

At Black Magic Sauce, we want to deliver the magic of flavor! 

Our journey began on the island of Luzon, Philippines, home to Teresita Montano, the creator of Black Magic Sauce. The sauce was inspired by traditional recipes used in grilling meats cooked over an open wood fire. Teresita left the Philippines in 1970 to travel to Vietnam, where she sang in her brother's band, entertaining American troops. While there, she met her future husband (Roger Baldwin), and later moved to the United States. Eventually, she opened four restaurants, all serving her "Black Magic Sauce" with authentic Filipino dishes. We hope that you enjoy the sauce, and the magical flavor it brings to meats, Seafood, vegetables, stir-fry, grilling and more !
